Benson is an absolute dog at the linebacker spot, or should we say a Demon Deacon. The 6’2 205 LB committed to Wake Forest last month He comes into the ’24 season as the #32 overall ranked LB and in my opinion he could be a top 15 before the end of the season. Athletic with a great first step and acceleration. Long , lean and can not only attack the line of scrimmage but can drop back in coverage. I really like his explosiveness and the way he tackles with a chip on his shoulder. Wake Forest got a good one in Benson.
