Shackleford is a loose, lean athlete who projects out as a receiver. He is a true threat at each level of the field, and is productive as a returner as well. There’s plenty of juice here athletically. He is incredibly sudden and quick to his top gear, allowing him to cut through cushion off the line, and quickly find space to operate with the ball in his hand. For his frame, he has impressive body control and focus through contested catch settings. Shackleford picked up an FCS offer from Alabama State this winter, and I think he grades out to that level.
