Aven Shirley Aven Shirley 6'0" | 170 lbs | WR Kiski Area | 2026 State PA is a talented athlete and wide receiver for Kiski. I had the pleasure of seeing Shirley at our May Showcase for Prep Redzone, and I came away impressed with him as a player. This season, he is having a strong season as both a defensive back and a wide receiver. He runs good routes and catches the ball well, in between defenders. Shirley has good wide receiver skills as he can catch the ball and always gain yards after the catch. He had 185 yards receiving and a touchdown for Kiski this week, and he deserves a game ball for his performance.

Shirley is a pure athlete testing among the best of the camp as a whole in the PRZ Combine back in May. Shirley has a solid frame with sure hands. In the short game, Shirley has this burst after he makes a catch while also having a great understanding of body control, pairing for some pretty neat plays. When tracking deep balls Shirleys precise and patient often showing late hands. Aven Shirley Aven Shirley 6'0" | 170 lbs | WR Kiski Area | 2026 State PA was the top athletic tester over the weekend. Shirley ran the overall fastest 40 yard dash, clocking in at a 4.5, he passed the explosion test as well tallying a 9’5″ broad jump. In drills Shirley was explosive and twitched up, backing his combine testing. Shirley is someone who probably needs to be ranked higher at his position in the class of 2026, and I believe after the showcase he had, he will be primed to skyrocket up the rankings.

I know he’s a good athlete, but I would love to see him pair that up with strong hands and some sharp routes on Saturday.
