Has long arms and legs, with the frame to grow, add bulk and get bigger and better. Stout run defender, can get downhill,, stay parallel to the LOS, and wrap up on contact. Great block shedder in space, can thump and make great open-field tackles. Saw in-person at team’s college day.

Austin Rohrs is a starting outside linebacker for Fort Wayne Carroll.  Rohrs, a Class of 2027 recruit, takes great pursuit angles to the ball both v. the run and as a pass rusher. Great instincts, strong in pursuit, can bend and flashes a high motor with some edge speed.  Big-framed, tall, strong OLB with plenty of time to add bulk. Can set an edge v. the run and either shed/finish or allow teammates to clean up the play.  Under-the-radar prospect with high upside. Keep an eye on him to pop during college camps.
