The Sacramento State commit ran for a career-high 409 yards on 33 carries with seven touchdowns in a blowout win over Estancia.

His previous career-high was in the season-opener against Pacifica when he ran for 293 yards with five touchdowns. Morris has run for 1499 yards on the season with 20 touchdowns.

Strong compact frame at 5’10” 205 lbs. He’s a hard downhill runner that is quick to press the LOS and shows good contact balance to break tackles especially at the first level. Plus lateral agility to make quick/explosive cuts in space, love his hard lateral jump cuts around defenders. Really impressed by his start/stop speed and ability to accelerate out of his cuts. Strong sustained burst in the open field to run away from defenders and finish off long runs in the endzone. Recruiting started during his junior season with offers coming in from Northwestern State and Lincoln but really took off during the offseason with offers from UNLV, Sacramento State, Cal Poly, and Idaho. Strong start to his senior year with over 700 yards and nine touchdowns on 97 carries in four games.
