Antonio made some contributions on both offense and defense this past season for Reagan. As a receiver, Antonio did well when getting the ball in space to show off his impressive speed in the open field. As a defensive back, Antonio made two interceptions on the season and broke up some passes, showing some good traits in man coverage. I am excited to see his continued growth in getting more reps in the upcoming season.
Kelly jr. is another impressive athlete to look out for in the future. The Tar Heel State athlete stands around 5’8 with some room to grow. On the football field, Antonio moves with blazing speed which makes him a weapon no matter what kind of play is schemed up for him. Whether it is a bubble pass behind the line of scrimmage or a shot call, Antonio has a knack for generating big plays. One of the best aspects of his game is his ball skills. Antonio seems to have a nose for the football and can track it in a way that puts him in the best situation to continue to gain yards after the catch. Also has very good anticipation and can read and react with the best of them in this class. He has a lot of potential to become a prospect that next level programs will want to take a look at. I am very excited to see what he develops into in the future.
