About Anthony

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a smart, aggressive quarterback and linebacker. I pride myself on being ahead of the curve on the mental side of the game. I am tough, and I play smart but fearless.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm confident in my abilities, but I am not cocky. I work hard, and I possess a strong desire to be the best at whatever I do. I work hard and I demand that my teammates do the same.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I've become a leader on the field and off the field throughout my youth and early High School career. I have no problem doing what my team needs to win. I have participated in a couple of different community service projects already as a freshman. I enjoy helping others and look forward to doing it more in the future

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Playing in the Colorado youth invitational this past march, I broke my throwing wrist while playing linebacker. I was not able to throw it all during the spring so I had some catching up to do going into summer workouts. I would say I overcame them pretty well as I just found out I was voted first team all-conference as a quarterback as a freshman.

What type of college are you looking for?

My first option is always d1, but I'm really just looking for the best fit for my playing style and playing time. I'm not opposed to going to a lower level school if there's a better opportunity to get on the field early. But if the right fit is a D1 school with limited playing time or a red shirt as a freshman I am open to that as well. I am open to that as well.

A true dual-threat quarterback, Miller brings electricity to the field with his ability to create plays with his legs. He led his team in rushing with 500 yards and 8 touchdowns while also throwing for 841 yards and 10 touchdowns. His mobility makes him a constant threat, especially when he escapes the pocket. Miller keeps his eyes downfield, showcasing the ability to extend plays and punish defenses that lose coverage. If he can improve his passing accuracy (48% completion last season), he’ll be one of the most dangerous quarterbacks in 2A. Expect him to lead his team with confidence and potentially push them into playoff contention.
