About Jerriah
Expert Analysis
David Howard | Prep Redzone Scout
Jerriah had a very impressive 828 receiving yards on 40 catches and 14 TDs in his Sophomore campaign with the Bulldogs. This was the most receiving yards and 2nd most receiving TDs of any player in Class 2A for the 2023 year. He showed good quickness in his release to get into his route down field, and then used speed and physicality at the top of the route to separate and make a catch over the shoulder. He then showed very good speed to break away from the defender to continue running for a long TD. Jerriah also isn’t afraid to run crossing routes over the middle of the field, and displayed good concentration and body adjustment to make a catch on an inaccurate pass against Middle Park High School in 2022. Additionally, his concentration and awareness helped to keep his feet in bounds to secure a pass near the sideline. Further displaying his athleticism, Jerriah had 2 Kickoff TD returns on 5 attempts, averaging 34.8 yards per return. With the Bulldogs QB and their next two leading receivers departing following their Senior years, Jerriah has a tall task ahead of him to build on this past year as he may see more double teams. I think he is up to the task, so stay connected with us to continue following his journey. Hopefully we see more film from him this upcoming year.

Arellano is a shifty receiver that is able to create separation in his routes and make things happen when he hauls in the pass. He is able to make catches in traffic and come down with the 50/50 passes. He is a player that was a threat to score whenever he got into open space. He will be a prospect knocking on the door to the 1,000 yard club.

Arellano was able to breakout in week 1 posting a major stat line that he will try to duplicate in the next coming weeks. He was able to find the endzone an eye catching 5 times and had some big explosive plays for his team. He showed good speed being able to at eat up the defenders cushion quickly. He is a receiver that can get those explosive chunk yardage. He will be a player to keep an eye on to see if he is able to bring some of that magic from week 1 back.
