The most forceful hands you will see out of this grouping in my eyes, comes from our DL6 which is Bismarck’s Anthony McArthur-Morin Anthony McArthur-Morin 6'1" | 275 lbs | DL/OL Bismarck | 2027 State ND . The 6’1 275 pounder is also one of the fastest power generator’s you might be in this 2027 class as I saw it too at camp this summer, when someone is in Anthony’s path, he has great pad-level and strength to get them out of his way and it doesn’t take long either. You can also expect, that he’s quick to the point of attack as a run-blocker as nearly every rep shows him right on or behind the line of scrimmage for tackles for a loss.

There wasn’t in my eyes a more versatile pass-rusher amongst the defensive tackle group, than top 10 overall ranked 2027 Anthony McArthur-Morin Anthony McArthur-Morin 6'1" | 275 lbs | DL/OL Bismarck | 2027 State ND at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase, as one that rose his stock up from the live eval at last showcase, and it looks like that might be the same from this May showcase in Aberdeen. His fluid movement during the live eval showed off even more instincts than we saw in December and what impressed me more with Anthony was his growing football IQ, as on particular rep he went from off-line to winning the rep due to his finish, which impresses me with his size. The 6’1 275 pounder from Bismarck, showed off constant blasting hands with his strength and even an eye-catching spin move that showed off excellent pursuit angles. He is starting to get a lot of attention at the D1 level which tells me his stock is rising not only up our 2027 board, but on plenty of college boards.

Anthony was on my first team All-Camp Team at our winter showcase in Aberdeen, as he is one my pre-camp nominees for DL MVP on Saturday. The 6’2 290 pound defensive tackle from Bismarck, showed off outstanding power in his hands in the reps I watched last winter and possesses the athletic bend and twitch off the snap which certianly translates to the next-level. He also catched my attention on tape with his short-area vision as a run-stuffer and packs a mightly punch when he makes contact. In what is a stacked 2027 DL class, I feel Anthony could be a stockriser this weekend in Aberdeen.

Coming in at the #9 overall spot, we head to Bismarck and meet defensive linemen Anthony McArthur-Morin Anthony McArthur-Morin 6'1" | 275 lbs | DL/OL Bismarck | 2027 State ND , who had himself a great winter at our Prep Redzone Dakotas and easily solidified a top 10 spot from what I got on his live eval. The 6’2 275 pounder from Bismarck, has excellent strength with his hands that he showed off in Aberdeen and nailed it too with his balance pad-level. Rolling the tape, you can’t miss on the fluid athletic movement this defensive tackle has at his disposal as those barrelling hands don’t take long to make their apperance. Anthony is also a quick identifer with his short area vision as a run stopper, as there is great persistent there from the backfield to the first two yards the ball carrier has the ball. He also has the eye-catching bend that should catch the eyes of college coaches this summer as one that could be a steady riser upcoming.
