Week 4 is here! There's a little bit of everything this week. We have a major clash between two programs at the top of 11AAA, a small town rivalry in 11A region 4, and battle between two 9 man teams who have steamrolled their paths to 4-0. Here are the North Dakota Must-Watch Matchups of the Week!

11AAA Fargo Davies vs 11AAA Bismarck

We'll start things off with a huge triple A clash. These two hard-nosed teams run the ball very effectively, though the philosophies might be a little bit different. Davies looks to bounce back after dropping one to Bismarck Legacy last week. Bismarck High wants to keep the season clean after a big win against Shanley.

Bismarck has a senior leader on the Offensive Line in [player_tooltip player_id='1328151' first='Anthony' last='McArthur-Morin'] who has good size at 6'1" 275 pounds. WR/DB Westin Scott is a playmaker on both sides of the ball. Any time he touches the ball it seems like an important play is being made. It seems like ATH [player_tooltip player_id='1113084' first='Ryder' last='Morehouse'] is playing some quarterback for them this year and has been an excellent game manager for them. It's a run first offense but Morehouse facilitates plays through the air when it's needed.

In week 2 we talked about Davies' Offensive Line led by 6'4" [player_tooltip player_id='1292622' first='Mathieson' last='DuBord'] and DL/OL two-way player [player_tooltip player_id='2106037' first='Sam' last='Rick']. After watching them run the rock against Bismarck Legacy and Century, this team runs through the combination of this Offensive Line and RBs Talen Tuchscherer and [player_tooltip player_id='1676422' first='Bennett' last='Simmers']. Their Power T offense is incredibly hard to follow with your eyes and that makes it incredibly difficult to stop!

11A Southern McLean vs 11A Central McLean

A battle of McLeans this week where Central plays Southern. Central McLean is in its second year at the 11 man level and have shown that they can compete, going 7-3 last year and starting off the year 3-1. Their only loss came against another solid program, Dickinson Trinity. Southern McLean is still undefeated at 4-0, winning two close battles in the last two week against Bowman and Shiloh Christian. Two good programs that we would like to learn more about as the year goes on here at PRZ Dakotas. Here is a great chance to do so!

We talked about Southern McLean in week 2. They have senior LB [player_tooltip player_id='1625544' first='Ethan' last='Retterath'] who is an explosive tackler at 6'1" 185 and top 10 2028 RB [player_tooltip player_id='1987457' first='Levi' last='McGregor'].

Central McLean has a promising sophomore running back in [player_tooltip player_id='2102668' first='Jaxson' last='Wagner'].

9B Linton-HMB vs 9B Napoleon

These two teams have absolutely dominated so far this season. Napoleon has scored nearly 50+ points in each of their first four games. Linton-HMB is averaging around 65 points a game and has only given up 14 points total this season. Staggering numbers from both of these teams that make this matchup all the more intriguing

Linton has a talented trio of seniors that balance out the field for them. [player_tooltip player_id='2103764' first='Jacob' last='Ohlhauser'] at RB, [player_tooltip player_id='2103765' first='Justin' last='Bosch'] at QB, and [player_tooltip player_id='2103766' first='Riley' last='Masset'] going both ways in the trenches.

Napoleon has an electric wideout, Jackson Piatz, who is a threat to take it to the house by himself on any play. Their misdirection-driven, 2 back offense is tough to defend especially with Piatz dominating the perimeter.
