Well put together frame for an interior offensive line prospect at 6’2” 280 lbs. with good size/strength in both his upper and lower halves. He’s a physical offensive lineman that can overpower opponents at the POA. He strikes with force and can move defenders once he’s engaged. Finishes a lot of his blocks to the ground. Shows functional athleticism and mobility as a pulling guard or working to second level defenders. Flashes a strong anchor with the ability to sit down and take on a bullrush while maintain positioning. Only allowed two sacks as a freshman and has a strong foundational skillset to build on as he develops.

Washington – Standing just under 6-foot-2 and a thick 265 pounds, he’s a really good-looking two-way lineman prospect. Also a two-time District Champion in wrestling, he understands leverage and momentum. Plays interior defensive tackle and offensive guard with gifted balance and power. Has visited several schools already and will be at Oregon State next. His older brother, 2025 prospect Peyton Cunningham already holds a Washington State offer. The brothers will be at North Creek High School.

Washington always puts out some big, tough Offensive Linemen and Cunningham fits the bill. Thick in all the right places and can climb the ladder. I like him as an inside guy right now.

Cunningham is on as good of a trajectory as an 8th grader could be on. He’s 6’2” 265 before entering high school and still seems to be growing. He’ll get his first taste of high school action next year, but it remains to be seen what level it’ll be at. If he earns his way into the Varsity lineup as a freshman, the secret could be out quickly on him. His brother will be a junior, and already holds PAC-12 offers as a CB after playing a big role on North Creek’s big past season. He pushed everyone around on both sides of the ball in his final year of youth football and is ready for a challenge. Cunningham could keep growing and be the next D1 talent in his talented football family.
