About Andrew

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a smart, poised pocket passer who relies on mechanics, timing, and football IQ to move the offense. I’m always working to refine my game and elevate my leadership.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

A student of the game with a high football IQ, I have been around the sport my entire life, demonstrating a natural understanding of reads, timing, and situational awareness. Coaches praise my work ethic, intelligence, and desire to grow into a true leader.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed several key skills and qualities that help me both on and off the field. One of the biggest is leadership—being a quarterback naturally puts you in that role, and I’ve worked hard to lead by example through my work ethic, attitude, and preparation. I’ve also learned the importance of teamwork, understanding that success comes from trusting and supporting your teammates.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One significant challenge I’ve faced was learning how to stay focused and consistent during a time of transition and uncertainty. When I moved back to Virginia and I had to adjust to a new school, new teachers and a whole new environment, as well new systems and expectations, it tested my ability to stay grounded and lead despite the circumstances.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college that values both academics and athletics—a place where I can continue to grow as a quarterback and as a person. I want a program with strong coaching, a competitive culture, and a team-first mentality. At the same time, I’m looking for a school that offers solid academic support, where I can pursue my education and set myself up for success after football.
