Versatile Linebacker prospect who wins with speed. Displays good acceleration, explosiveness, foot quickness, foot speed, and balance. Good versus the run out of the Stacked-LB position with good processing at the snap to make a run/pass read. Good patience and integrity in the scheme and his gap, showing good downhill burst to his gap and good scraping overtop from the backside. Good use of hands with good strength and hip fluidity in the gap to keep offensive linemen from gaining a grip on him, and squaring himself up in the gap, keeping his eyes on the ball. Good and dependable tackler. Can align on the edge and keep contain with good strength. Solid versus the pass in Zone coverage, breaking on the ball and disrupting the pass. Overall, a good player who currently holds some DI and DII offers. His versatility should allow him to contribute early in his college career before settling into a starting role.

Andrew Hamad Andrew Hamad 6'0" | 210 lbs | LB Virginia Academy | 2025 State VA ‘s recruiting momentum is kicking into overdrive as he picked up two Division 1 offers this past week! Morehead State and Albany have offered opportunities for Hamad at the next level with more on the way. Hamad is a piercing linebacker who had a dominant senior season. Congrats to him on the offers, but best believe they have not yet stopped coming.

Andrew Hamad Andrew Hamad 6'0" | 210 lbs | LB Virginia Academy | 2025 State VA is a bad man in the middle of VA Academy’s defense, looking forward to seeing him track down ball carriers tomorrow afternoon. He has good closing speed and is impressive in coverage too. Very smart and instinctive football player, that could be in line for some division 2 looks really soon.

Wrote about Hamad back in the spring about being one of the most overlooked prospect in the entire 2025 class. I stand by he is a FCS level player but if he ends up at a division 2 program whomever the school may be will not be disappointed.

Linebacker Andrew Hamad Andrew Hamad 6'0" | 210 lbs | LB Virginia Academy | 2025 State VA had an outstanding junior season for Virginia Academy and should have more opportunities to make plays in 2024. He can play both safety and defensive end as well, very versatile, athletic young man.

A tackling machine who seems to be involved in every play for VA Academy is rising senior Andrew Hamad Andrew Hamad 6'0" | 210 lbs | LB Virginia Academy | 2025 State VA . Really like what I see from his tape, Hamad can play linebacker or safety at the next level he is that versatile. Currently he holds 6 division 2 offers but I think he can play in the FCS and with a good senior season he will be. The young man is literally in on every tackle and his awareness in coverage really stand out too. Playing alongside what should be a loaded defense for the Patriots Andrew Hamad Andrew Hamad 6'0" | 210 lbs | LB Virginia Academy | 2025 State VA will always be a standout regardless.
