While we didn’t get to see him play at practice when we visited the Orioles last week, we could tell right away that Avon running back Andre Warfield Andre Warfield Andre Warfield 5'11" | 180 lbs | ATH/RB Avon | 2027 State IN would be a high-quality prospect that college teams will want to know about. Warfield is a very tough runner who drives his legs through contact and maintains balance. Strong, tough and with a bulky frame, Kent State took note of his talents on the same day we were at practice, extending an offer.

Warfield helped give Avon a chance to win against the #1 team in the state. It was a competitive game, and Warfield’s ability to move the chains and create yards was pivotal. I thought he looked better as the night went on. He rushed for 282 yards and 3 TDs on the night as Avon gave Brownsburg a run for their money.
