Amillion Burt Amillion Burt 5'8" | 140 lbs | WR/DB Leeds | 2027 State AL is a talented sophomore DB out of Leeds who put together one of his best seasons yet last fall.

Burt can do a ton of things well out in coverage- he’s physical at the line of scrimmage, has the speed to stay with WRs downfield, and does a great job tracking and getting his hands on the ball to prevent big plays. Burt is really impressive in zone- he’s hard to bait and can cover multiple receivers on a single play.

I’m really impressed with how Burt flies to the ball- he’s incredibly quick to react and does a great job getting downhill to stop the run and dish out big hits on screen passes, never letting up any explosives.

Burt ended his sophomore year with 18 total tackles (2 for loss) several PBUs, and one forced fumble.

Burt is an athletic and versatile defensive back who excels in both man and zone coverage. His quickness and ability to read the quarterback’s eyes allow him to make plays on the ball. He has the speed to keep up with fast receivers and the physicality to support the run game. Burt’s ability to anticipate routes and break on the ball makes him a threat for interceptions. His football IQ and instincts are growing, making him a top prospect.

Burt plays with a ton of speed and quickness- he runs some terrific routes, gains lots of separation from defenders, and can outrun entire defenses once he’s in the open field. Burt also has a reliable set of hands- he can easily haul in some tough contested passes and can consistently make catches all across the field. Burt also lines up as a defensive back and can use the same sorts of skills to make plays on the ball in coverage. Burt has some really impressive tape already as an underclassman, he displays a wide variety of skills and talent that’ll continue to be huge in his development as a prospect.
