Alex’s Head Coach at Olympic called him one of the best receivers he has ever coached. Alex was selected to the Queen City Senior Bowl, and he has a penchant for making tough contested catches in critical situations. Alex has good speed to gain separation in man coverage, and he also can run a variety of routes both on the outside and in the slot. Alex recently received an offer from Bluefield State University and has had interest from multiple other colleges.

Alex has exploded onto the scene in the last two years as a go-to receiver for the Trojans. Alex excels in making very tough catches against corners in 1 on 1 coverage. Alex has good speed and very strong hands. Alex has expanded his game to be a threat in the quick screen game and is a strong blocker on the outside in the run game. Alex helped lead the Trojans to an 8-2 season and a playoff berth, a strong performance in a year where people were unsure what to expect from Olympic.

The talented wide receiver had a touchdown catch in the 4th quarter against double coverage to make the final score a little more respectable. Alex was the #1 Olympic receiving target, making multiple catches on hitch routes and the quick screen game. Palisades rolled coverage his way in passing situations, but Alex did a good job of making the most of the opportunities that came his way. He has had a couple of big games this season, and will be important for the Trojans as they come down the stretch here in the regular season.
