sits at #2 on the Cougars’ all-time passing yards and touchdowns list and is our X-Factor pick. He’s had a great senior season for the Cougars, throwing for over 2,100 yards and 20 touchdowns to just 2 interceptions. Bart is an under-the-radar prospect in the 2026 class and is deserving of D2 looks, especially if he’s capable of adding more size at the next level. He operates their explosive passing attack well and is mechanically sound, which has the attention of the Independence coaches in round one.

had a breakout sophomore season for the Cougars and carried that momentum into our combine event where he earned QB MVP honors. Bart stood out amongst some very good and highly ranked fellow quarterbacks at the event and answered our questions for him before the camp without film to evaluate. We knew he was talented before seeing him in person based on the number he put up last season, but getting eyes on him live confirmed our suspicion and impressed the college coaches in attendance. Bart throws with great touch and is an accurate passer at all levels. He operated the Lincoln offense like a veteran last season even as a first-year starter and showed to have the calm and coolness for a young quarterback.
Bart still has limited film posted right now but he’s one to watch over the next two seasons and has a high ceiling for the position as his body further matures and gets bigger and stronger.

is a talented quarterback but had yet to see him play or have any film available to evaluate heading into the event which made him an intriguing unknown. He answered our questions quickly at the Combine en route to a QB MVP performance while competing with some talented passers in attendance. Bart earned several accolades last season for the Cougars as a sophomore and was a very productive player during his first season as the varsity starter.
Bart not only caught our attention during the event but did so with the college coaches in attendance as well who selected him as our QB MVP. He may have been flying under the radar for some before the camp, but that certainly is the case no more, especially once he posts some season film.

. Bart earned some accolades last season for the Cougars as a sophomore QB1 which included WVSWA Class AA Honorable Mention All-State and All Big-10 honors. He threw for over 2,000 yards and 20 touchdowns last season in his first year as a starter and should be one of the leaders in the state for the next two years. Bart is on our Watch List until film becomes available, but you don’t just luck into stats like he put up in 2023 and expect him to be one of the better quarterbacks in attendance at the combine. We’ll have a better idea of his game after the event and are very excited to finally be able to see what he can do.
