About Aiden

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a physical, downhill linebacker known for delivering hard hits and using my size to fill gaps and take on running backs head-on. My passion for football drives me to excel and push myself to compete at the next level. I recognize the need to improve my coverage skills and speed, and I am fully committed to putting in the work necessary to develop in these areas.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a team-first mentality and pride myself on being a hard worker who is always looking to improve. I am highly coachable, open to feedback, and able to take constructive criticism to better myself and contribute to the success of the team.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

In addition to my involvement in football, wrestling, and baseball, I have taken on leadership roles by helping coach my younger siblings' teams in these sports. I have also gained experience as a wrestling referee and baseball umpire, which has given me a deeper understanding of the games and strengthened my leadership and communication skills.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As the only sophomore captain on my varsity football team, I had the privilege of leading my teammates and starting every game. This allowed me to develop strong leadership skills, earn the respect of my peers, and gain valuable insight into guiding a team on and off the field. It also reinforced the importance of teamwork, communication, and leading by example, qualities I continue to build on.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was stepping into the role of a varsity starter as a sophomore. The speed and intensity of the game at that level were a big adjustment, and I had to quickly adapt and refine my skills to meet the demands of the position. This experience pushed me to grow as a player, improve my decision-making under pressure, and develop confidence in my abilities to compete.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m seeking a college that embraces my style of football and offers a supportive environment to help me reach my goals. A dedicated coaching staff and a strong, positive team culture are essential, as I aim to grow both as a player and as a person in a program that prioritizes hard work, discipline, and teamwork.
