Horn is a good outside receiver with strong hands who attacks the ball in the air. He thrives against zone coverage and knows how to sit and find an open lane. He gives his QB a big target and always looks the ball all the way in. He can break tackles and pick up some valuable YAC as well. He’s coming off back-to-back productive seasons, putting up 76 catches for 1002 yards and 10 TDs.

Horn is a versatile player who doesn’t quite yet have a set position because he’s so athletic that he can move around the field. He’s played offense, defense, and special teams throughout his football career. He’s got long strides and chews up yardage in a hurry. Even as he develops during his high school career, he seems like one of those guys whose best ball will still be ahead of him. Athletic players with good football IQs seem to thrive anywhere and Horn should be one of those players.
