NBW is an offense that is going to line up and run the ball. They are going to punch you in the mouth and wear you out until they can finally break loose for the chunk plays. The Vikings return a big, imposing RB in Aidan Devine Aidan Devine 6'1" | 200 lbs | RB/LB New Berlin West | 2027 State WI who has the talent to wear down a defense with how he totes the rock. The physical athlete also seems to be all over the field on defense as well. All the numbers in that 2025 stat line could be surpassed in 2026 as Aidan and the Vikings look to better their 7-3 record from 2025.

Aidan is an intimidating presence in the New Berlin West backfield. Checking in at 6’1″ 200 lbs, Aidan has grown and built a frame that thrives off physicality on the offensive and defensive side of the ball. His lower body easily rips through outstretched arms trying to trip him up. He flashes a powerful stiff arm to keep defenders at bay as well. Even when a defender does get him off balance or twisted around Aidan has shown he can keep his feet, break the tackle, and keep gaining positive yards. This is a kid that defenses have to try and gang tackle early on in the play. Once he gets rolling he is hard to slow down.

Aidan is a back that can take over a game with his ball carrier abilities. He is a bigger back and the power and contact balance you would expect is there in droves. Aidan rips through arm tackles and has a punishing stiff arm. He runs as angry and hard as you would except him too, but the difference is that he also has some elusiveness to his game. Working through traffic you see that he can make a cut to get into green grass or set up a defender into one gap then attack a gap over. He has the speed to turn alleys into big gains.

On defense Aidan is a heat-seeking missile at LB. He is ruthless in his pursuit and seems to play at a different speed than the rest of the field while chasing down the ball. His range is equal to his strength when taking on blocks and setting the edge. Even at only 6’1″ 200 lbs the junior overwhelms OL at times.
