Against the run he shows the sideline to sideline range, meeting RBs outside the tackle box near the line of scrimmage. He also flashes the physicality to be able to quickly shed blocks. His timing of his blitzes flash throughout his highlights too as he bursts into the backfield to create a ton of chaos and disruption. Adam is quick to find the ball and once he locks onto that target is a very reliable tackler. This summer will be a great chance for him to show off more versatility with reps in coverage.

Adam has the size and strength to be able to take on OL blocks, find the ball and then shed and get to the ball quickly. Friday night he showed a great nose for the ball as he found it very quickly, even while being engaged with a blocker. Brieske made multiple impressive tackles while still partially engaged with a lineman too. The size, strength, and instincts are developing well for the sophomore and the production is following it.
