I have been watching Adam from afar for a few years, so it was great to see him in person and see how his offseason efforts have paid off. The junior checked in with a great frame to build on at the next level at 6’4″ 213 lbs, ran 4.93 in the 40, jumped 8’11” in the broad jump, ran and 7.19 in the L-Drill. Watching Adam in 1 on 1s was a great look at his development. He won inside and outside. His hand use and pass rush moves were violent and very effective at keeping himself clean and getting separation to utilize to burst past OL. Between his alignment versatility, frame, quickness and hand use Adam is shaping into a difference maker in the trenches/off the edge.

The offseason work is continuing to pay off as Adam is getting bigger, stronger, and more explosive. The All-Region DL is going to be a nightmare matchup for OL this summer and fall. His junior tape shows an athlete that can win with his first step quickness and acceleration, or with constantly active hands, or with speed around the edge. Adam is going to be back on the field even more explosive following the offseason dedication. The ’26 DE is also going to be even more effective with battling through blockers and using power to get penetration. Adam is one of my first choices for athletes who could be on the verge of a massive breakout year. Keep a close eye on how this kid looks when things get rolling this spring/summer.

One of the state’s rising incoming juniors is the 6’4″ 200 lbs DE out of Lake County Lutheran. As a sophomore Adam wrecked havoc on backfields as he piled up 14 sacks along with 23 TFLs. Adam has made plays all along the DL. He has shown to be too quick on the interior for OGs. Plus he flashes strong hands that have quickly shed OL away from him as he burst into the backfield. Adam is a high motor, relentless rusher that does a quick job of finding the ball and attacking. He has been putting in the work this offseason. I’m excited to see it lead to a huge year for the ’26.

A recruit who has intrigued me since the fall season is sophomore

. It was clear that he has been putting in the work this offseason, so I was looking forward to how he would perform in the combine and 1 on 1s. Adam came in just under 6’4″ and 195 lbs. He ran 5.06, broad jumped 8’9″ and 8’10”, and he had the 2nd fastest shuttle time among the DL with a 4.66.
Along with the numbers, just watching Adam move you could see that he is starting to mold the traits needed for the next level. He has the body control to play low so he can get leverage and change direction easily. He can fire out of his stance low and not have to pop up to gather himself. Anderson used his length naturally too. He got his hands inside and was able to force separation and keep it while working against OTs. The sophomore is putting in the work on his tools.

. The DL has started building on that long frame, adding size, strength, and explosiveness needed to dominate the trenches. We have seen is vertical increasing this offseason, and I’m excited to continue to complete the picture of his athleticism with broad jump, 40 yard dash, and the shuttle. Plus I am excited to watch him face this talented group of OL prospects. I want to see how he handles those battles. The tools are there for a great day.

Adam is a budding DL prospect that college coaches will want to get eyes on soon. He is a raw prospect, but that hasn’t stopped him from piling up 14 sacks as a sophomore. Adam has a long 6’4″ 190 lbs frame with tons of room to continue to add strength. Anderson does a great job of using his length and hands to create separation and disengage from OL. I am excited for his junior season to see how he has grown physically and how his game has developed. Check out the film.
