is becoming a reliable target out wide at an early age. Hart is a smooth route runner with the ability to create separation off his breaks at the short- to intermediate-level of the field. He’s able to pluck footballs away from his frame with solid hand-eye coordination and soft hands at the catch point.

does not jump off the screen as a future SEC-caliber player; however, his film shows a ton of positives and I really like what he brings to the table as a Wide Receiver. There is absolutely a future in football after high school, if he continues to develop over the next four years.
- Route running is his best trait. He runs very crisp routes and does a superb job of snapping in and out of his breaks
- Very reliable hands. On film he shows off a nice pair of mitts and made some difficult grabs on balls he had to readjust for mid-route.
