About Aaron

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play fast and physical. I’m a downhill linebacker that likes to hit and stop the run, but I can also move sideline to sideline and stay with plays. I focus on reading the offense, being in the right spot, and making sure I finish tackles.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m focused and always trying to get better. I listen to my coaches, stay disciplined, and bring energy every day. I’m competitive and I don’t like losing, but I stay level-headed and do what’s best for the team.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Outside of football, I’m into photography. I take pictures for my sister’s step team and enjoy being behind the camera. It’s something I take pride in and it helps me stay creative.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Football has helped me become a better leader and teammate. I communicate on the field, support my teammates, and try to lead by example. I’ve learned discipline, accountability, and how to stay focused on my goals.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Last year I wasn’t able to play due to a school situation that placed me in a different program. I used that time to focus on my grades and improved my GPA. It helped me grow mentally, stay disciplined, and come back more focused.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that feels like home and has a strong football program. I want coaches who will push me to be better and help me grow on and off the field. I’m also looking for a good academic environment so I can set myself up for the future.
