A speedy Middle Georgia athlete flying under the radar, Gordon is a quick, shifty weapon on offense who can carry the ball out of the backfield or stretch the field vertically as a receiver. He may not have lit up the stat sheet last season, but when you turn the field on, it doesn’t take long to see his natural speed, talent and potential. Gordon averaged 8.4 yards per carry last season while catching 22 passes for 250 yards and two touchdowns. He also made plays in the return game, averaging 20 yards a kick return. He flashed big-play potential last season and could be one of the more productive players in the region next fall as a junior.
