attended the camp and announced an offer from the staff on May 15, 2024. I observed him working mainly DB drills during the event. He is a very lean prospect who has very good ball skills. He has an excellent burst when attacking defensively and has good field vision. He has solid change-of-direction skills and solid leaping ability. Flashes ability to get the ball in traffic. He also plays basketball for his school. His quickness pops in a live setting. He is currently ranked as the # 18 athlete in the class of 2025 in New England. His performance during the camp, confirmed his skill set seen in his 2023 highlight film.

Timoy Stitchell put out a great production as expected. He is a 6’1″ 170lb Wr that can bend and will go up to get the ball at the highest point. Has the athletic ability to make acrobatic catches with good body control. His frame is a bit underdeveloped as it pertains to body weight, but he displays great range and length in his arms and legs. Known for his track skills also, he is quick and appears to have a 2nd gear when tracking the ball in the air. Ive seen him play live and in shorts, and convinced he can ball at a high level after being developed in a college program.
I spoke with him during the event about his current recruitment activity. (See Youtube video Below)

Ranking Notes: His film has clips of him being a WR, OLB and Safety. He has very good athletic skills with impressive ball coordination. He fits the measurable charts of Div 1 Group of five and has the skills to play at that level. He displays good quickness and speed on film. His 40 time has not been verified and will be a deciding factor to what level of Div 1 play he will land.

2023 Highlight Film Evaluation: He has very good athletic coordination. His film has clips of him being a WR, OLB and Safety. At receiver, he flashes very good eye and hand coordination that allows him to ring in a ball thrown including 50/50 balls. Has high level range. He will lay himself out for the ball if needed. Has nice long strides when running in open field. I can see an instant release off of the LOS with low pad level, a burst into the route, one step cuts, outstanding catching ability, and the ability to separate himself from defenders with decent speed. He displays athletic skills to catch a jump ball as easily as a mesh, slant, or hitch. He appears comfortable running all routes, while possessing very good ball skills.
His physical measurables (Height & Weight) align with Div 1 FBS Group of 5 or High FCS Wide Receivers. His season play earned him All-Division honors as an “Athlete” for his season performance. rn

- t
- 6’1, 170 pounds, slight frame
- self-lists as a Hybrid WR, his tape doubles-down on that notion.
- some OLB/EDGE, slot DB reps from a prospect who likely projects as a wideout at the next level.
- Love that the coaching staff explores with Stitchell’s complete skill set. Unafraid to attack the flats in terms of run-support. Can get dirty in the trenches when aligned at the LOS.
- Has the body of a DB, so it only makes sense to station him at inside/outside slot against certain offensive sets. Provides value against wide or tight offensive schemes.
- should certainly be deemed an “ATH”. Yes, Stitchell might project to WR, yet his tape is primary filled with reps at LB and DB.
- Excited to take a peek into his reps this Fall once the season ends.

. He is very long with potential growth in his lean frame. He displayed very good athletic ability while having cramping issues throughout the game.
rnHe really caught my attention when he high-topped the ball with excellent balance and body control along with a high-level vertical jump, to hurl in the catch for a TD. He was observed directing teammates on what to do on both offense and defense.
