These five prospects earned All-Division Honors for their 2023 season performances. The report includes two new names added to our database and three that have likely boosted their recruiting interest as a result of earning All-Division Honors. We will include a short note on what we observed after reviewing their season Highlight film and include their season highlight video embedded into the report that we evaluated.

2023 Highlight Film Evaluation: His film has several clips of him being a versatile player by playing multiple positions including RB, WR, and DB. He flashes playmaking ability. He reacts quickly and plays fast on both sides of the ball. Appears as a go-to guy when the game is on the line. Has very good balance and body control combined with very good ball skills. The game comes easy to him with his obvious athletic ability and fluid movement. Seen as an athlete who may be recruited at RB/DB or WR positions. His effort to be a scoring threat each time he carries or catches the ball stands out. He will lean into contact to get those extra yards and finish with power.
His physical measurables (Height & Weight), align with a college level of play that are in the range of Div 1-FBS thru Div 3 depending on what position he is being recruited to play. His season play earned him All-Division honors as an “Athlete” for his season performance.

2023 Highlight Film Evaluation: He has very good athletic coordination. His film has clips of him being a WR, OLB and Safety. At receiver, he flashes very good eye and hand coordination that allows him to ring in a ball thrown including 50/50 balls. Has high level range. He will lay himself out for the ball if needed. Has nice long strides when running in open field. I can see an instant release off of the LOS with low pad level, a burst into the route, one step cuts, outstanding catching ability, and the ability to separate himself from defenders with decent speed. He displays athletic skills to catch a jump ball as easily as a mesh, slant, or hitch. He appears comfortable running all routes, while possessing very good ball skills.

2023 Highlight Film Evaluation: Has many clips showing his sideline to sideline speed. Flashes solid instincts in the run game. Flashes decent knee bend. Shows decent pursuit skills. Seen as a solid zone defender with instinct/eyes through traffic. Has instincts to work around blocks. He can see through the box and make plays with chaos around him. He uses a wrap and roll technique when tackling.
His physical measurables (Height & Weight) align with Low D2/NAIA/All D3 Linebackers. His season play earned him All-Division “Linebacker” honors for his season performance.

2023 Highlight Film Evaluation: His film has several clips of him playing wide receiver at the beginning of the reel, and approximately 5-6 clips of him playing defensive back topward the end. At WR, he flashes good athletic coordination with quickfeet. Has a good release with low pad level and good burst into his routes. Has secure hands and can dip his hips and follow with one step cuts, outstanding catching ability, and the ability to separate himself from defenders with his speed. On defense, flashes decent man to man coverage skills. Plays through to the football when it’s in the air. He can flip his hips fluidly and quickly.
His physical measurables (Height & Weight), align with Div 1 FBS Group of 5 or High FCS / Div -2 Wide Receivers. His season play earned him All-Division Defensive Back honors for his season performance.
Terrence Campbell

2023 Highlight Film Evaluation: On defense, he plays physically and fills quickly. Explodes on contact, visibly changing the LOS or driving ballcarriers backward. Displays loose hips and great knee bend, plays under his pads. Can match up with anyone and run them down. Understands pursuit angles and can close time and space in an instant. Active and causes havoc all around the field. Instinctive and plays downhill in the run game. Strong enough to play on LOS in HS if necessary but athletic enough to play in coverage. He is very effective in stopping the inside run.
On Offense, he has a strong lower body and a firm frame to be durable runner. I like how he leans into the run when running inside ISO between the tackles. Can get the tough yards when needed. Solid blocking ability. His versatility is obvious and stands out.
