Here is a look at three defensive linemen from the 2025 and 2026 classes who caught this scout’s eyes at the Emporia State Camp.
This is the third and final report from the OL/DL Camp in Emporia.
Koby Le Koby Le 6'1" | 240 lbs | DL Emporia | 2025 State KS , DL, 6’1”, 240, Emporia, ‘25
Le is currently ranked No. 26 in the Class of 2025 and is ranked No. 6 among defensive linemen. He has the complete package and was arguably the best athlete at Welch Stadium. He is fast and ran a sub-five second 50. He has a high motor and soaks up coaching tips and criticism like a sponge. Keep an eye on this young man for two more high school seasons.
Dylan Magnett Dylan Magnett 6'2" | 200 lbs | DL Onaga | 2025 State KS , DL, 6’2”, 200, Onaga, ‘25
Magnett is the in Class of 2025 and is currently unranked. Magnett has a solid combination of size and speed and is a great small-school prospect. He has quick reactions and did well during the agility drills. He was not intimidated by the older and bigger prospects at the camp.
Noah Thurman, DE, 6’0”, 185, Manhattan, ‘26
Thurman is an interesting prospect because of his age and speed. He is just heading into his sophomore season, and he has a strong foundation in place. He looks like he will be an edge rusher or possibly move to linebacker. Improving his upper body strength and committing to putting in work in the weight room will be key to his evolvement as a prospect.
