Expert Analysis
Jeremy Deckard | Prep Redzone Scout
I first saw Le at two college clinics before his junior season. He is an athlete I have watched mature and evolve since then. Le was a diligent self-promoter on social media during his playing days and his recruiting process. It has taken a long time for me to see the benefits of social media, and I have mad respect for a young man who posted nothing but positive vibes on his account. Le is a workhorse in the weight room and on the field. For a while, it looked like he would have few college options to pick from, but he had plenty of college offers in the end. This is not just one of your normal local kid signings. Yes, the Emporia prospect is staying home to play for Garin Higgins’ Emporia State Hornets, but it is also a signing that several Division II and JUCO programs will be jealous of.

is an absolute force on the field. Standing tall at his position and weighing in at a considerable size, he plays with a low center of gravity and delivers crushing blows to offensive linemen. He has the ability to dominate the line of scrimmage, and his bull rush is a formidable weapon. However, he has a tendency to get caught out of position and struggle with maintaining outside contain. To elevate his game, he will need to develop more nuanced pass rush moves and use his size to his advantage. Despite this, he has immense potential and could be a dominant force on the field with some refinement to his technique.

of Emporia is one of the original members from the very first Class of ’25 rankings update. While there were a few defensive linemen that moved in front of him this time around, he is still very much so one of the best at the position. Le made significant strides in his development last off-season, and it was evident his game had improved during his sophomore campaign. His play has already drawn interest from a few NAIA programs, and he was even invited to the National Combine in San Antonio earlier this month, where he’d be recognized as an Honorable Mention performer by 247Sports.
