In this report, I identify a few prospects that caught my eyes during the event and why.
Eli Batista Eli Batista 5’10” | 160 lbs | WR Peabody Veterans Memorial | 2024 State NewE He is ranked as our # 13 WR within New England.
He is a slippery runner who can plant and redirect in either direction with obvious quickness. A very smooth route runner who knows how to run crisp effective routs. His athletic skill set combined with his higher level speed, easily stood out among others. He does everything with ease and with a natural athletic coordinated ability. rnHe is a bit undersized at 5’9″ but overcomes his height concerns with good visible quickness, solid reliable hands, and desire to get up field after each catch.
Cade Callahan Cade Callahan 6’3″ | 195 lbs | WR North Middlesex | 2024 State NewE He is ranked as our #34 WR within the New england region. After viewing him in live action, I can see a rankings boost come in August 2023.
He has very good length in his arms. He brings a very large frame as a primary target for any QB. Catches the ball out in front with solid hands.rnHis main athletic trait is his lateral quickness and open field speed he has to pull away from defenders. He can bend and appeared very flexible in his hips and ankles. I see him as an under the radar prospect that could attract college coaches eyes this summer especially if he brings a competitive attitude and skill set in the presence of college coaches. .
Jackson Fuller Jackson Fuller 6’4″ | 205 lbs | DL Andover H.S. Ma. | 2026 NewE He grabbed my attention with his shoulders, lean frame and good size for a young 2026 player. The more I saw him perform on the night, the more I could see he had a special skill set for a young athlete that he is.rnHe is raw in technique which is understood given his age, but his athletic movements and strength at point of attack was impressive enough that immediately caught my eyes.
I look forward to viewing his highlights after fall 2023 season.
Drew Eason Drew Eason 6’2″ | 200 lbs | QB Methuen | 2024 State NewE He displayed good accuracy through out the night. Has obvious power in his throws. Could easily see his arm strength is solid. rnHas good mechanics and he gets the ball out quickly when needed. Glad to see him in a live setting. He is known as a playmaker at QB and on track to open more eyes in fall 2023 season.
Highlights
Jamal Davis Jr. Jamal Davis Jr. 6’0″ | 200 lbs | DB St. Thomas More | 2025 State NewE He is ranked as our #2 Defensive back in the class of 2025 within New England.
His skill set was on another level than the competition. A class of 2025 stud who is on track to earn additional offers this summer during camp season. In speaking with him during the showcase, he was there to get work in just before he begins his summer college camp tour. rnA solid defender with 4.5 speed and it was displayed in live action. He is surely so far along in his smooth backpedal and transition to open his hips in either direction, that he looks like a season senior who is ready for college ball. Solid Defender !!!!!
Highlights
Jaiden Williams Jaiden Williams 5’8″ | 180 lbs | ATH Malden Catholic | 2025 State NewE A new name to me and will be added to our updated 2025 rankings in August 2023. He showed very good athletic ability. He appears a bit tight in the hip flexors and hamstrings, but his overall speed, lateral speed and short area quickness caught my attention as it was on full display. rnHas a very strong competitive character and appears to love the game. He is no stronger to the weight room and carries good lean muscle in his upper and lower extremities. He will need to increase his flexibility moving forward, but overall he is on track to play at the next level.
