Kyle’s dual position ability was on full display last season. He had 22 receptions for 365 yards and 2 touchdowns paired with 29 total tackles (16 solo, 13 assisted), 1 FF, and 9 pass deflections. Kyle has very good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, speed, good change of direction, and jumping. He has good release vs off coverage and very good vs press jam. Very good separation quickness due to his athletic ability. Very good ball tracking skills. He extends his arms to make the catch, plucking it out of the air. Kyle has very good adjustment skills to, as well as very good body control to keep his feet in bounds. One thing of note is his maximum effort to getting a catch. He consistently will dive to make the catch. As a corner, he has very good closing quickness. Very good reaction time as well. Uses that to time up pass deflections, and will rip the ball from the WR. He’s physical and very sticky in man coverage. Kid is a beast.

Kyle has shown flashes of brilliance with 22 catches for 365 yards, averaging an impressive 16.6 yards per reception. His agility and ability to gain yards after the catch make him a dangerous open-field threat. His playstyle resembles that of a slot receiver who can create mismatches against linebackers and safeties alike.

Kyle played WR and DB this past season for Mullen. He had 22 receptions for 365 yards and 2 touchdowns. 29 total tackles (16 solo, 13 assisted), 9 PD, 1 FF. Kyle has very good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, speed, jumping, and good change of direction. Good release against both off and press jam. Good separation quickness due to his athletic ability and play strength. Very good ball tracking skills and catch in traffic. Catches the ball in stride by plucking it out of the air. Very good body control. He kept both feet in bounds on a sideline throw. With the ball in his hands, he uses his home run speed to run through the defense into the endzone. Very good defensive back too. He is a physical DB who uses his very fluid hips to stay locked onto the wide receiver. Very good man coverage sticks like glue. He’ll swat the ball away and keep fighting after the WR gets the catch. Kyle will get some looks as he is a fantastic 2-way player.

Kyle is a DB that has great vision, being able to get in and out of his breaks quickly to make a play on the ball. He has good hands, being able to high point the ball and take it back the other way. He will need to be more active in run defense this season but has the ability to make tackles in the open field. He will be one of the key pieces in this revamped defense this season and will be a prospect on the radar.
