Size is going to be important for our QB. He needs to be sturdy to take hits or get away from a defender. We need him to be able to stand tall and see over the OL so he can scan the field without issue. Elk Mound’s

is the man to mold our game after. He has that big frame, but also isn’t a statue in the pocket. Our Perfect QB is going to look the part at 6’6″ 200 lbs.

The senior QB out of Elk Mound is another steal in the state. He has an elite frame at 6’6″ 200 lbs, yet the big man surprises with solid mobility inside and outside the pocket. The senior also has a live arm. One that can push the ball downfield or on a rope to the short/intermediate levels. You will see on his tape that the senior doesn’t need to have his base set to be able to attack the field with that arm either. Logan has also improved his accuracy in the pocket and on the move this season. He is able to deliver dimes to tight windows and put the ball where his man can make the catch and run with it right after. Get eyes on the big man!

is an impressive athlete on the hoof. He checks in at 6’5″ 200 lbs with next level traits from top to bottom. Logan plays with poise, keeping his eyes downfield, not panicking in the face of pressure, and does a great job feeling where to slide to buy time in the pocket or escape it. His right arm has the power to be able to drive the ball deep downfield in rhythm or off platform. What separates him from other big arms is the pinpoint accuracy. Sure they are highlights, but Logan has so many examples of him fitting the ball into tiny windows all over the field. He has a great frame, necessary arm talent, and mobility to win from the pocket and outside the pocket. Logan recently earned his first offer from UW- River Falls. I expect several other schools to join them once he gets out to camps this summer.

. The junior looks the part of a college QB at 6’5″ 200 lbs. Logan has an arm to match. He has the arm strength to be able to attack all three levels of the field, and he can do it from the pocket or on the move. Logan does a great job with his pocket awareness and ability to slide away from pressure. He doesn’t break the pocket because of pressure. Instead we see him slide, keep his eyes downfield, and is able to reset and throw quickly. We also see that he is able to throw without getting his feet set and from awkward angles. There are a lot of natural, strong tools to mold here.

A signal caller in WI who I think could breakout as a junior is the Elk Mound ’25. Logan was one of the student athletes who stood out from the crowd and looked the part with the size he has to offer. Logan already stands at 6’5.5″ 190 lbs. The thing that I was most impressed with by Logan was how much he has improved this offseason. Every bit of his mechanics from his feet to his release looked so much smoother and more natural than it did in his film from this past fall. With that improved fluidity came a bump in his arm. Now it seems like the ball jumps out of his hand because everything is working as one so no momentum is lost. It all ends up in the ball. With his improved mechanics came the accuracy as well. Get ready for a breakout year from Logan.

The 6’5″ 185 lbs QB is in the process of filling out an impressive frame. The arm to match is there. Logan is able to hit the out routes across the field, or go deep down the field and drop it over DBs and into the basket of his receivers. Jerome also brings good awareness within the pocket and the ability to buy time. Then when he gets forced out of the pocket he can hurt a defense with his legs. Most importantly, Logan has the accuracy needed to excel at the position. Logan is in position to have a breakout junior season this fall. Keep an eye on him.
