Keep it locked in to Prep Redzone Oklahoma for more coverage from the Stock Up Showcase camp. In this post, it’s all about the 40 yard dash! I will be talking about the fastest 40 yard dash times recorded at the event.
Rodney Fields Rodney Fields 6’0″ | RB Del City | 2024 State OK showed off amazing speed, tying for the fastest time out of everyone at 4.44. There was only a couple of other recordings under 4.5, so that is impressive. His other attempt registered at 4.53, which is still better than most of the times recorded. He plays running back and had 107 carries for 1,147 yards and 17 touchdowns. To go along with that, he had 23 receptions for 480 yards and five touchdowns. He is someone that can get it done through the air and on the ground with great speed. He just finished his junior season and is preparing for his senior year. It will be intriguing to see what kind of leap he takes moving forward. He is ranked as an athlete and is the #51 junior in the state and the #11 athlete in Oklahoma for the class of 2024.
Brady Scott Brady Scott 5’8″ | 145 lbs | ATH Hilldale | 2026 OK measured in at 5’8 and is a speedster. He recorded the fastest time out of all of the wide receivers. His two times were 4.57 and then he topped that by recording 4.53. This kind of speed will make it difficult for defense’s to run man against him. It will be exciting to see how he develops and utilizes this speed moving forward, as he is in the class of 2026.
Highlights
Khyier Beaty Khyier Beaty 5’10” | 190 lbs | TE Jenks | 2024 OK was sensational in this drill. The offensive linemen from Jenks recorded times of 4.86 and 4.82. What makes this so impressive is that he was way under 5.00 seconds and there was no other offensive linemen that had below 5.00. This can play a big factor on the field, as it can help him with blocking on the edge and getting down field to block. Can play a massive role in the run game for Jenks.
Corey Dean Corey Dean 6’0″ | 180 lbs | DB Moore | 2024 State OK tied for the quickest time in this drill. He recorded 4.44 and 4.56, which is impressive times. There was only a few others that recorded below 4.5 seconds. This can play a big factor on the field, being able to come up with tackles, catching the receivers or running backs, and even coming up with interceptions. If a defense decides to blitz, this kind of speed can contribute to getting a pressure or sack on the quarterback. It is impressive speed and he will be worth keeping an eye on.
Highlights
Behrett Boyd Behrett Boyd 5’10” | 195 lbs | LB Norman | 2025 State OK has really good speed for his position and had one of three recordings that was below 4.5. His two times were 4.68 and 4.49. Out of the class of 2025 for the state of Oklahoma, he is listed as the #41 player in the state and the #5 linebacker in the state. His speed helps contribute to his success on the field. This is a player worth monitoring the development of moving forwards.
