South Park has a speedster in Eric Doerue Eric Doerue 6'0" | 205 lbs | RB South Park | 2025 State PA . He sits at 2nd all-time at South Park for the 100m with a PR of 10.97. Doerue does hold a school record in the 4×1 with his team running a 44.01. I like his sturdy frame at 6’0 | 205 it gives him the combination of speed and power that lots of coaches love. Eric picked up his first Division 1 offer from Bowling Green on 2/18. He later took a visit there and also made a stop at Miami-Ohio. Last season Doerue ran for 1,517 yards on 230 attempts. Rushing for 18 touchdowns on the year. Just like I mentioned with Hayes, Doerue also had some time on the defensive side of the ball. He put up 41 tackles with 4 sacks to add to the stat sheet. Eric is a Top 100 prospect whom I expect to have a great Senior campaign.

Talking top 2025 RBs, it’s going to be tough to break into the top three with St. Joe’s Prep Isaiah West Isaiah West 6'0" | 215 lbs | RB St. Joseph's Prep | 2025 State PA , Aliquippa’s Tikey Hayes and Imhotep’s Jabree Coleman Jabree Coleman 6'1" | 185 lbs | RB Imhotep Charter | 2025 State PA occupying said spots. South Park’s Eric Doerue Eric Doerue 6'0" | 205 lbs | RB South Park | 2025 State PA is next in line, I’m interested in figuring out if he’s as athletically gifted as the others during the combine portion of the camp. I’m interested in checking out his physique as well. I think he’s an FBS back, just a matter of him proving so in front of college coaches. Tape checks out, his un-offered status hardly affected his ranking, as he’s sat pretty behind the elite trio for three straight updates. Excited to dig deeper into this young man’s game.

Doerue is a relatively new name to me. I happened to be scouring South Park’s Hudl when I came across a 6’0, 190-pound RB/LB whose tape caught my interest. Great balance, pad level when running between the tackles. Good lateral agility when bouncing runs outside the hash. He gains yards in a hurry, every step is a step towards beating angles in the secondary. Awesome tape at linebacker too. Great finisher, looks to win the majority of reps when one-on-one in the open field. All of this in early January. Next thing I know, Eric Doerue Eric Doerue 6'0" | 205 lbs | RB South Park | 2025 State PA is making a name for himself at the All-American National Combine in Texas, representing Pennsylvania as best he can. His ability to perform against big-time names was the nail-in-the-coffin for me. Doerue might be moved to “ATH” in the future.
