Phillips has worked his way into the rotation for East Noble and was part of their success this year. I felt like this year was setting him up to take over next year. He’s versatile, can catch the ball out of the backfield, and has decent speed. They got him a bit more involved in the passing game this past year, but year 3 is the year he takes the lead roles and doesn’t look back. His 500 yards and 6 TDs will look like nothing this time next year.
