Powell picked up offers from Arizona and Colorado State post camp, and was operating on both the outside and in the slot on the day. He is an elite route runner with good twitch and route running abilities, while displaying his downfield seperation and strong hands when going up to make plays on the ball. He is up to 13 offers with still two seasons left at Folsom, and should have a monster Junior season for this loaded Bulldogs squad.
