To wrap up our top five defensive backs in the class of 2027 in the state of Kentucky, I have Sekou Kamara Sekou Kamara 5'10" | 145 lbs | DB Trinity | 2027 State KY . Sekou lines up at corner where he has proven to be effective in both zone and man coverage. He does a great job of reading route combinations then reacting quickly to make a play on the ball when it is thrown his way. Kamara finished his junior year with three interceptions in 15 games, returning one of them for a touchdown. He also accounted for 40 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, and half a sack this season. Sekou currently holds offers from Appalachian State and Warner, and I expect more to come his way as he is a true Division I caliber prospect.
