Parks can stand tall in the pocket and deliver a beauty of a deep ball even when facing pressure. At 6’2, he sees over his line and makes accurate throws to his targets and is very good at hitting them in stride. A big part of Parks game is his ability to run. He can maneuver out of the pocket and find his receivers on the run, and can also take off himself for big yards. Parks can keep plays alive with his mobility and has the awareness to climb the pocket rather than sit back. He showed very good placement on his throws and a good zip that got the ball to the target quickly. Parks finished his junior season throwing for 2,533 yards and 31 touchdowns on 68% completion, and ran for 825 yards and 13 touchdowns. The Western Kentucky commit will be something to watch next season.

Parks had phenomenal 2022 season at Klein Collins, showing off his dual threat play making ability. He stands tall in the pocket, he has clean footwork that adds to his ability to navigate a muddy backfield and he has the athleticism to use his feet to keep the defenses guessing. Tucker has the arm strength to push the ball downfield and flood the route tree, he is lethal with the back shoulder throws and his ability to fit the football into tight passing windows are traits that stick out in his game. Parks has been hot this offseason on the 7v7 circuit, showing off his rocket arm, his next level accuracy and the skill set to put the football where he wants it no matter the coverage. College programs are beginning to take notice and I expect the offers to roll in heading into his 2023 season.
