Cayden is a defensive lineman who knows how to finish plays and make the tackles you need from guys up front. What I like about his game is how he works to get himself in position to bring down ball carriers instead of just getting caught up battling offensive linemen. He does a good job keeping his eyes on the football, finding his way through traffic, and closing in when a running back tries to hit an opening. You want defensive linemen who can make those tough tackles around the line of scrimmage, and that’s what Cayden brings to the table. He also shows the willingness to fight through contact and get involved in plays even when the ball isn’t coming directly his way. There’s still room for him to grow, but I like the way he approaches stopping the run and getting ball carriers on the ground.

Cayden is a physically dominant presence on the line with a rare combination of strength and quickness. He consistently wins one-on-one matchups and uses his hands effectively to shed blockers. On film, Cayden shows a relentless motor, attacking the ball carrier and making plays behind the line of scrimmage. What sets him apart is his awareness—he diagnoses plays quickly and adjusts to changing situations with precision. Already earning a Baylor offer, Cayden has the foundation and work ethic to continue refining his technique and adding even more explosiveness as he develops, making him a prospect to watch closely in the coming years.

Technically sound with strong hand placement and leverage. Plays under control and does a good job maintaining his base through contact. Shows the ability to shed and finish without losing balance. Reliable presence who consistently executes his assignment and contributes to overall front stability.
