Johnson produced the biggest defensive play of the game on a pick-six in the 3rd quarter. The junior is an extremely athletic and physical LB that is equally effective in the run game and covering middle zone. He fills holes aggressively and has the size and strength to fight off blocks. He plays with instincts in coverage and shows lateral speed tackling in the flat. Johnson has a handful of offers from Pac-12 schools including USC, ASU, and Colorado.

Jaxson Moi Jaxson Moi 6'2" | 250 lbs | DL Cathedral Catholic | 2022 State CA – DL, 2022
The Stanford commit made some big plays in front of his future coach, David Shaw, including a TFL and a sack. The DPOY in San Diego and one of the top DE recruits in the state was a consistent mismatch on the DL this season with his elite combination of size, strength, and physicality. He’s a relentless pass-rusher and tackler in the run game using leverage and violent hands to fight off blocks. Moi heads to Stanford as one of the best defenders to play at Cathedral.
Up next… STANFORD!! Words cannot explain how excited I am for this next chapter of my life 🙏🏽🌲 @Coach_Diron @CoachDavidShaw pic.twitter.com/fsVDpowrDo

Dylan Fortune- DL, 2022
Fortune and Moi were a disruptive force in the trenches as they had been all season. Fortune often takes advantage of the double-teams Moi attracts and shows great athleticism and technique winning one-on-one matchups. He’ s explosive coming off the ball playing with leverage and physicality. Fortune showed versatility this season lining up as a stand-up edge player and a 3-technique.
Nick Dockery- DB, 2022
Dockery was a standout in the state game for his coverage on 4-star Folsom TE Walker Lyons Walker Lyons 6'5" | 230 lbs | TE Folsom | 2023 State CA and an INT in the first half. He’s a solid cover-corner who shows quick reactions and is a reliable tackler in space. He shows plus ball-skills and technique breaking up passes in coverage. Dockery is an underrated CB talent with ability to play at the next level.

Josh Tremain- LB, 2022
The senior LB led Folsom with 12 tackles in the game. He has an athletic frame for the position (6’2”/215 lbs.) and a nose for the football as the leading tackler on the team. He’s a physical and tenacious tackler that likes to play aggressively downhill and can be disruptive as a run-blitzer up the middle. Tremain, the brother of QB Tyler Tremain, doesn’t have any offers yet but should generate some interest from FCS schools.
