Expert Analysis
Sam Erman | Prep Redzone Scout
Hocker is a speedy back who accelerates quickly and can get the corner when he sees an opening. He’s strong and can run between the tackles, giving him a solid mix of speed and power. He’s coming off a 140-yard, 2-TD performance and has been good in the red zone. I like the way he absorbs contact and keeps moving forward, especially for a back who can hit the big play. His speed, strength, and red zone ability are all the traits you’re looking for from a young back.
