Eaves has an impressive frame for a young recruit and has the kind of length that catches your attention. He knows how to use that size downfield and can be a legitimate field-stretching threat when given opportunities. He does a nice job tracking the football and using his frame to create separation at the catch point. What I like is that he’s not just a vertical receiver. He also shows a good feel for finding open spaces in zone coverage and making himself available to the quarterback. For a younger player, there’s a lot to like.

A big target on the outside in the 6-foot-2 range. Originally had him listed as an Athlete because he’s built like a Wide Receiver, but has the power and athleticism of an Outside Linebacker. On film he appears to play very fast in open space.
