There is a lot to like about Savien Mathews Savien Mathews 5'11" | 170 lbs | ATH Sapulpa | 2031 OK as a 2031 prospect, and even more to figure out, as Mathews moves through his 8th grade season–namely what position he will end up at. He has film as a Running Back, Wide Receiver, Defensive End and Outside Linebacker this year and is a clear standout athletically wherever he plays. His film as a Running Back offers the best view of his turbulent style of play. He runs violently, almost gliding at times with limbs flying in all directions punishing defenders in his wake.

Physically imposing, listed at very well put together 5’11” and 170 pounds of muscle

With a developed skill set and a higher level of athleticism than most others, he thrives on the middle school level — he’s a prospect that will be fun to watch settle into a home over the next four years
