A North Georgia wideout who deserves a lot of recognition for his fantastic start to the season, Harbin is an electric playmaker with impressive burst and change of direction. He’s a threat to take off for a big gain on any particular play who can help stretch the field while helping in the screen and short passing game. He’s one of the leading receivers across the state among sophomores, catching 41 passes for 784 yards and six touchdowns. He’s one of the best young receivers in Georgia with his best football still way ahead of him. The shifty 6-foot-0 160-pounder has hit the 100-yard receiving mark in each of his last five games, averaging an impressive 112 yards per game. His stock is rising, and offers will likely come his way down the road.
