A small-town defensive back who has made play after play so far this season, Patterson is a sure-tackling safety who can read the quarterback and make a play on the ball in coverage. He reacts quickly, shows strong instincts, and has a strong feel for the position for someone his age. Just a sophomore, Patterson has shown that he has the potential to see some D1 interest and possible offers come his way. He’s made 35 tackles this season with two INTS and seven pass-breakups.
