Unsung Heroes: Cleveland County Jamboree

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Before we get into even more previews ahead of the upcoming season, I wanted to take one more look back at this past weekend's Cleveland County Jamboree, because all eight teams involved had players who played well who I didn't really talk much about in my initial observations article. His length and block shedding ability was very impressive, and was one of the reasons the Chargers offense could not get on track consistently all night long. A big reason why is the presence of "Big Nate" at defensive tackle. At 6'4 and 295 pounds, Wilson did a good job of not getting pushed back and kept his talented linebackers behind him free to run and make plays on the ball carrier consistently in the run game. Big guys like this are essential if you're going to be successful and win a lot of games, and hope to go far in the playoffs. Dwight got in and completed his first five passes in leading the Sabres on a late march down the field in their jamboree matchup. If it wasn't for a dropped pass, Dwight might have ended that drive with a touchdown. He layered balls over defenders dropping zone coverage with ease, and he got the ball out on time with accuracy. We have heard people excited about his potential, and Greyson did nothing but back those words up. First off, his physical frame at 6'4 and 200 pounds, he's going to be a player that college football programs look at and believe he can develop even more. He's going to be a big-time player, and college football programs will get to know him real fast. Colin was holding his own against some really talented offensive linemen from Shelby, and he's got a long frame and an ability to get to the quarterback with some impressive quickness. Samarion was one of the more impressive linemen, consistently getting movement in the running game and doing a great overall job in pass protection. I thought he ran good routes overall, and he's got some speed and wiggle to his game in his execution as a wide receiver.
