UPDATED: Oregon 2028 Rankings (Top 200) 51-100 "O"

Per usual rankings are based on who projects highest at the collegiate level. You can be an outstanding HS athlete and not project to a high level of collegiate ball. Have a look at the Oregon Top 200 as we break down #51-100 offensively with updated offers and commitments.         *PLEASE NOTE: 50+ athletes were added to the 2028 rankings board so multiple individuals will drop numerous spots for that reason alone.          *Rankings were compiled in collaboration with Andrew Nemec         COMPLETE LIST (Top 200) <a href="https://prepredzone.com/oregon/rankings/2028-rankings/">https://prepredzone.com/oregon/rankings/2028-rankings/</a>         #51-100 OFFENSE          There are numerous QBs to reference when looking at the state's top athletes for the 2028 class. [player_tooltip player_id='1539446' first='Ryker' last='Rohaley'] of Sheldon will return and hopefully get things turned around in Eugene after they went (2-7) last year. He hit on 71% of his passes for 1100+ yards.    6-4 QB [player_tooltip player_id='1924243' first='Jayden' last='Locke'] out of Milwaukie was the conference POY as a sophomore throwing for 2439 yards and 34 TDs. [player_tooltip player_id='2105976' first='Jaxson' last='James'] from 6A Liberty is another QB/Athlete to watch with his dad Matt James being one of the best players ever to come out of Portland St.    A few of the quarterbacks playing at smaller 4A schools include [player_tooltip player_id='2109153' first='Colton' last='Hernandez'] of Ashland, and [player_tooltip player_id='1161283' first='Madden' last='Hughes'], who recently made the move from Stayton to reigning state champ Cascade HS. Hernandez had a big sophomore year, passing for 2000+ yards and 23 TD's/8 INTs, even with his team going (2-6). Hughes was an all-conference QB last season and will now lead a team with multiple D1 athletes on the roster.    Other 6A guys to make note of are [player_tooltip player_id='2262477' first='Jacob' last='Herman'] of Clackamas, [player_tooltip player_id='2178861' first='Gage' last='Creasey'] of Grant, and [player_tooltip player_id='1775987' first='Nolan' last='Will'] of Sunset. Herman did well at offseason camps and will be the key if the Cavs are going to compete in the Mt Hood. Both Creasey and Will are legit athletes with size who will lead teams that will be on the playoff bubble.    Last but not least give credit to [player_tooltip player_id='1069878' first='Tavin' last='Kumm'] who has battled and done relatively well at QB, with McNary going 2-16 the last two seasons. It's a tough situation.    From a RB standpoint, [player_tooltip player_id='1921696' first='Antayus' last='Wilkins'] made the transfer from Jeff to Lincoln and has a chance to be one of the better 28's in the state and climb the rankings board quickly.   [player_tooltip player_id='1768304' first='Jace' last='Brown'] of Sherwood is undersized but had an outstanding sophomore year, averaging double digit yards per carry with multiple TDs. [player_tooltip player_id='2101289' first='Cody' last='Hall'] is another RB similar in stature who did well last season for Sheldon HS, impressing with his overall versatility. He had 84 carries and 24 receptions with 700+ yards.    [player_tooltip player_id='2104349' first='Reid' last='De La Cruz'] is somewhat of a sleeper out of Westview, whose stock has risen as of late, scoring 3 touchdowns last year. 4A standout [player_tooltip player_id='2148453' first='Sam' last='Barringer'] is a guy most don't know about playing at Sweet Home. He brings a lot to the table as an all conference returner at 6-1 180 pounds.    Three kids from the Southern part of the state who will return as top receivers include [player_tooltip player_id='2054815' first='James' last='Traylor'] out of GP who had an impressive sophomore season, earning 2nd team all-conference accolades while catching 35 balls for 690 yards and 9 Tds. Other 4A standouts listed are [player_tooltip player_id='2106056' first='Gabe' last='Dietmeyer'] and another Ashland guy in [player_tooltip player_id='2163621' first='Cole' last='Iwamoto'].   Dietmeyer had a big year earning 1st team all-league and 2nd team all-state honors with 51 receptions for 700 yards and 8 Tds. Iwamoto had similar stats with 846 all-purpose yards and 8 touchdowns.   6-4 WR [player_tooltip player_id='1600443' first='Zach' last='Pollard'] of Sunset will be expected to have a big season this year for the Apollos. He looked good early on in HS career.    Closing up with the big boys, we see an offensive line that is loaded with potential and size. [player_tooltip player_id='1635865' first='Lucas' last='Wetzel'] makes the transfer from Tigard to crosstown rival Tualatin where they whey will compete for a state title. [player_tooltip player_id='1872815' first='Kaleb' last='Batiste'] of Barlow is more of an interior guy and had an outstanding sophomore season earning 2nd team all Mt Hood honors.   6-6 255-pound tackle [player_tooltip player_id='2262470' first='Sam' last='Coffeen'] of Corvallis, 6-5 250-pound [player_tooltip player_id='2213892' first='Liam' last='Reyburn'] of Wilsonville, 6-5 275-pound [player_tooltip player_id='2262468' first='Calvin' last='Bushman'] of South Salem, and 6-4 290-pound lineman [player_tooltip player_id='2262469' first='Luke' last='Newton'] of Willamette are all individuals with a lot to prove. Each has the frame necessary to compete at a high level collegiately, so they will be ones to watch this coming year.    Don't sleep on 6-3 310 OL [player_tooltip player_id='1639236' first='Henry' last='Pickard'] out of Mountainside. He is another big man who has done well the last few months at offseason camps.
