Lowery, a state champion winner at QB, has landed himself on the board of D1 programs and is looking to tie together a prolific HS career this fall. He is a long, lean player still growing into himself and developing some of the rawness out of his game. His release is quick, and he really impresses with his touch. He is a calm distributor of the football and is capable of mixing up speeds on the ball, but his flashes of feathery touch set the intrigue for me.
