Ethan showed some promising flashes at UIW camp. He carried himself with confidence within the DB group. He competed well in drills and one one ones. He showed good awareness when reacting to routes in front of him. There’s still room for polish, but his tools and competitive are clearly there. Can’t wait to see how well he does this season.

Nick looked solid during individual DB drills and showed real focus throughout the session. He took coaching well, made quick adjustments, and didn’t repeat the same mistakes, which stood out to the staff watching. His technique continued to clean up as the drills went on. The thing that really stood out with Ethan was his recovery speed. Even when he got slightly out of phase in coverage, he showed the ability to close ground quickly and get back into position, which is a big trait for a defensive back.
