Reign has transferred into Upper Arlington from Bellefontaine this offseason. He has the frame and build you look for in a QB1, and in his transfer, he'll have a stronger supporting cast to showcase his talents. He does a great job at managing the pocket. He moves well and can avoid pressure and look downfield to scan for open targets simultaneously. He is aggressive and will challenge tight windows, and he has the arm talent to fit the ball in. With the D1 platform in Columbus, Reign could introduce himself statewide as one of the best quarterbacks in Ohio.

Nick will be taking over the Moeller offense in 2026 with huge shoes to fill. Nick has an excellent talent profile and plans to expand it this offseason, and he'll use it heading into a tough season with several top-end programs on the schedule. He attacks the field vertically very well. He can attack the boundary and show off his arm talent, or he can layer a pass over a linebacker over the middle of the field. There isn't a spot on the field that challenges him with the throw. His release is explosive, and the ball gets out of his hand quickly. If Moeller has a deep playoff run this season, it'll be because of Nick's immediate arrival for the Crusader offense.

I've written about Chase several times, and I'm happy to see him finally be in line to start for a power school in the Columbus area. He finds himself back at Pickerington North, the same school district that he made headlines in middle school. In the few times I've seen him live, the ball comes out of his hand with great spin and velocity. He uses his legs as a weapon and can create explosive plays in the designed run game. He isn't afraid to make plays while off-platform, and the ball comes out strong when doing so. Chase should be one of the more exciting additions to D1 football in Columbus.

Nico is an explosive running quarterback for the University School offense. He can operate in the option offense well and has the athleticism to take a correct read to the house. As a scrambler outside the pocket, he does a good job at keeping his eyes downfield to scan the field. He can make impressive throws on the run, and his arm doesn't look watered down when making throws off balance. He has good downfield accuracy and can drop throws in a bucket when attacking vertically. 2026 will be a big development season for Nico's recruiting process.

Reid, unfortunately, went down with an injury early in the season. His performance was missed for the Arrows last season, but they got him back for a pivotal junior campaign. He is a true dual-threat prospect. Reid's best game is in evading incoming pressure and making plays after. He can dish it out in the short and intermediates after scrambling, or he can take it with his feet and show off his athleticism beyond the LOS. With an expanded offseason, he put on some size, and I believe his arm talent could benefit from that improvement. I am excited to see what Reid can put on tape this season.
